Peter began his career in 1980 and founded PJSA Ltd in 1994. He is a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer, Planning Consultant, and past Buckinghamshire County Councillor. He provides a high-quality professional service that makes a difference in people's lives;  this is the ethos that runs through PJSA Ltd.  Peter acts as an Independent or Joint Expert in various property matters including valuations, land tenure, and property-related disputes. Peter works with individual clients, institutions, charities, and local government. He offers clients, who are often families,  an extensive breadth of expertise on the many issues affecting rural property.

Charlotte joined PJSA in 2020 to lead the property management team, including sales and lettings, having managed property portfolios since 2014. Part of Charlotte’s role is to keep up with regulations and legislation to protect PJSA’s clients and tenants in a constantly changing environment. Charlotte is responsible for keeping a close eye on the Client Account.  She also manages the maintenance of the property portfolio and is tenacious in securing the right outcome for her tenants therefore any problems solved are now answered with, ‘That’s why we have a Charlotte’!

Roz has been a director of PJSA Ltd since its creation in 1980, sometimes working in the background but more recently working closely with Peter.  Roz has worked as an advertising copywriter and primary school teacher.

 

Roz is  now involved in the advertising and marketing at PJSA, taking care of the website and Rightmove.  With a background in graphics, she enjoys doing all the plans required on a day to day basis for leases and valuations.

Josh completed his degree in 2012, having finished first in the year for his design at master’s level and merit in his Post-graduate Diploma at Cardiff Uni. Josh joined PJSA in 2016 and is passionate about both the architectural and planning service he offers to his clients.  Josh has experience designing a variety of building projects from residential homes to £30 million large-scale leisure developments.  Josh is very aware of the environment when creating a design and always thinks outside the box in his search to create better places in which we can all live and work. Josh works in the in-house planning department which is a huge advantage for clients from both a time and design perspective. .  He recently achieved planning for a modern design of ten flats in West Windsor against all the odds.

Olivia joined the firm in 2023 and is a full time property professional at PJSA. She is responsible for all commercial lettings and sales, ranging from small units to multi-acre farm sites with potential for residential development. Olivia also carries out valuation work, developing reports for inheritance tax or capital gains purposes. Having previously worked internationally at various corporate firms, Olivia adds value to the day-to-day operations of PJSA through her organisation skills. This includes keeping on top of invoicing and payments, marketing and streamlining processes and administration.
